TEAM OVERVIEW

The Structured Investing Group is a global multi-disciplinary structuring team within Asset & Wealth Management focused on optimizing the firm's investing, lending, funding, and legal entity structure strategies. The team originates, structures, and executes transactions impacting tax, regulatory, accounting, and funding outcomes. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, approve, execute, and maintain transactions impacting tax, regulatory, and accounting positions
  • Support structured funding initiatives, including external ratings of AWM investments
  • Model financial statement impacts and economic benefits
  • Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal governance and approval processes
  • Work with advisers on transaction documentation
  • Monitor and manage transactions post-execution, including financial models and ongoing reporting
  • Resolve compliance, operational, legal, tax, accounting, and funding issues with internal and external stakeholders 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6 – 15 years of financial services, accounting, or tax experience involving transaction execution
  • Understanding of tax, accounting, and regulatory capital impacts
  • Strong knowledge of financial instruments
  • Quantitative, analytical, and modeling skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Team-oriented mindset
