YOUR IMPACT
This role sits with Managed Strategies Team within PWM, supporting the continued growth of our platform across Asia.
You will work closely with advisors and clients to deliver investment and portfolio solutions, combining equity-based ideas with broader portfolio strategies.
The role offers the opportunity to build both investment expertise and client engagement skills, while contributing to a growing regional platform alongside a collaborative global team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Solutions & Delivery
Support advisors and clients in the development and delivery of investment and risk management solutions, including equity and portfolio strategies. Assist in reviewing client portfolios and identifying ideas aligned with their objectives.
Platform & Strategy Support
Assist in the implementation and ongoing support of Managed Strategies. Contribute to the rollout and enhancement of strategies for clients across the region.
Client Engagement & Growth
Support relationship-building with advisors and clients by helping communicate investment ideas clearly and contributing to broader client engagement initiatives.
Team Collaboration & Regional Build-Out
Be part of a growing Hong Kong-based team, working closely with colleagues across Hong Kong and global teams to deliver consistent, high-quality solutions.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
We are looking for candidates who are curious, collaborative, and interested in building a career within PWM and broader markets-focused investing.
- 0–1 year of experience in financial markets, investments, or related areas
- Basic understanding of equity/fixed income markets and portfolio concepts; strong interest in learning about derivatives or structured solutions is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in working with data and investment ideas
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts in a simple and structured way
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions
- Positive, proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree required
