This role within the People Analytics team is crucial for supporting data-informed talent decisions across the organization. This individual will leverage their analytical acumen and attention to detail to process complex Human Capital Management (HCM) data and assist in translating it into actionable insights for senior stakeholders, including Regional HCM Heads, Divisional Heads, Chiefs of Staff, and the Executive Office. Working closely with senior analysts and associates, this role offers a unique opportunity to learn workforce planning and optimization by providing data-driven support to the broader HCM team.
Responsibilities- Stakeholder Support: Assist senior team members in partnering with stakeholders (Regional HCM Heads, Divisional Heads, Chiefs of Staff, Executive Office) to deliver data-driven solutions.
- Data Analysis: Support in-depth analysis of HCM data across talent processes (performance ratings, promotions, talent reviews, compensation) to identify trends, patterns, and data anomalies.
- Reporting & Visualization: Help develop clear visualizations, reports, and presentations to communicate insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Lifecycle Support: Provide data and reporting support at various stages of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to exit interviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with HCM teams, the Executive Office, and the Real Estate team to maintain data-driven tools that optimize talent outcomes, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
- Dashboard Maintenance: Contribute to the daily maintenance, data validation, and development of HCM reporting dashboards and tools.
- Headcount Tracking: Assist in coordinating headcount data and projections for capacity planning, location strategy, and budgeting purposes.
- Education & Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in an analytical role (e.g., data analysis, finance, HR analytics, or consulting). A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or Computer Science) is required.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to clean, organize, and analyze large datasets.
- Communication: Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data findings clearly.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly advanced Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables) and basic SQL or other data querying tools.
- Systems Knowledge: Experience working with datasets and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Domain Interest: Interest or basic exposure to compensation and reward analytics, executive compensation, or regulatory disclosures.
- Project Support: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
