Job Description: 

  • Manage multiple projects, including weekly business summaries, global budget tracking/management, weekly sales meeting set up, management overview presentations and completing ad-hoc requests from senior management etc. 
  • Coordinate with sales organisations across EMEA to establish accurate financial forecast and pipeline for the region
  • Work closely with the divisional CFO to manage and present the EMEA financial forecast on an ongoing basis 
  • Work closely with the NY team and financial controllers to understand our inflows and outflows each month and subsequently report this to the broader sales teams, management and stakeholders 
  • Facilitate client business wide sale activities to foster further client interaction and communication
  • Develop and maintain business/market analysis and sales metrics for divisional and business managers with a clear focus on accuracy and consistency of data
  • Prepare analysis for Third Party Wealth and Institutional Businesses
  • Liaise with Executive Office, ACF, AM Private, on cross-divisional requests
  • Participate and contribute to internal strategy meetings
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build the trust and confidence of colleagues strengthen relationships through ongoing dialogue and interactions and collaborate well with others internally to meet client needs
  • Strong skills in Excel (v lookups, pivot tables, single macros etc) PowerPoint (basics for creating graphs/charts in client presentations) and Microsoft Office
  • Positive attitude with eagerness to learn about the business and further develop technical skills
  • Strong worth ethic, self-starter and driver, looking for a steep growth curve
  • Project management skills, highly organised, attention to detail and excellent follow through
  • Strong written and oral communication skills 
  • Strong problem solving skills and abilities, able to craft unique solutions with limited guidance
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment and multi-task appropriately 
  • Ability to work at varying speeds and under timeframe pressure, while maintain extremely high standards
  • Focus on identifying areas of continuous improvement, automation and scalability
