Private Wealth Management (PWM)

Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management (PWM) specializes in creating comprehensive wealth management plans for high-net-worth individuals and families, as well as select institutions, including foundations and endowments. PWM Teams work one-on-one with clients to advise and deliver customized strategies drawn from our deep investment experience, diverse wealth management capabilities and global reach. Our Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) deliver an unparalleled investment platform inclusive of the full product and service offerings of Goldman Sachs and beyond, which may include tax and estate planning, philanthropic planning and private banking and lending services. As client needs evolve, this close relationship allows the team to offer complementary services and new opportunities by leveraging the resources of Goldman Sachs and beyond.

YOUR IMPACT

We are looking for a seasoned marketing leader to join our team as a Brand, Advertising & Creative Solutions Lead. This leader will be responsible for translating market and audience insights into impactful brand strategies across advertising and creative efforts driving awareness, consideration, and conversion for the PWM and Ayco businesses. The individual will lead a cross-functional team of designers, writers, and marketers to develop and execute multi-channel marketing efforts across brand architecture, advertising, competitive research, awards strategy, partnerships, testimonials, social media, and creative solutions. Strategies will be insights-driven, and our Brand, Advertising & Creative Solutions lead will oversee client and market research to develop brand narratives, creative, media, content and performance strategies into measurable, cohesive and effective advertising campaigns. The role will require close collaboration and partnership with business leadership, marketing colleagues, and agency partners to ensure seamless alignment between brand initiatives, performance marketing activities, and overall business strategy. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain a clear brand architecture and narrative that drives business growth and resonates with target audiences. 
  • Craft and execute a comprehensive advertising strategy  
  • Conduct competitive research to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for brand differentiation. 
  • Develop and execute an awards strategy that showcases the brand's excellence and differentiated value. 
  • Build and execute a testimonial strategy that leverages client success stories and showcases the brand's value proposition. 
  • Partner closely with brand and executive social media for consistent messaging and tone across LinkedIn and Instagram 
  • Lead the creative studio to develop innovative and effective creative solutions that enhance brand storytelling. 
  • Manage marquee external communications to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and messaging. 
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive real results 
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and sales teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies 
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to leverage new channels, formats, and platforms to drive brand growth 
  • Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to help them grow in their careers 

 Requirements: 

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing campaigns 
  • Strong creative vision and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering innovative, results-driven marketing solutions 
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams 
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs
