This individual will be instrumental in driving the evolution of our content ecosystem, ensuring its scalability, compliance, and effectiveness across all global sales channels. This role will act as a strategic partner, managing key relationships, overseeing program expansion, and translating sales requirements into actionable content solutions within Seismic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Program Strategy & Scalability: Continuously analyze existing content on Seismic to identify gaps, optimize performance, and ensure relevance for global sales teams. Contribute to building the long-term content strategy for Seismic, aligning it with overall business objectives and sales enablement goals.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with global sales teams and Content Production/Marketing teams to understand their evolving content needs and strategic priorities. Act as a primary liaison between content owners, sales users, and the platform, ensuring seamless communication and feedback loops.
- Requirements Gathering & Execution: Proactively gather requirements from global sales teams regarding their content needs and translate these into clear, executable plans within the Seismic platform. Oversee the end-to-end process of content curation and deployment on Seismic, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with sales objectives.
- Global Program Expansion & Adoption: Contribute to the expansion of the content program to new sales channels and regions globally, including localization strategies and cultural considerations. Drive the adoption of Seismic and its content by acting as an internal advocate and expert, managing the successful rollout and integration of the tool across global sales teams.
- Content Governance & Lifecycle Management: Oversee and track periodic content updates from contributor teams on Seismic, ensuring timely completion on a monthly/quarterly basis. Regularly audit and refresh materials in collaboration with relevant teams to ensure content accuracy, alignment, and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in content strategy, content operations, sales enablement, or a similar role, with a strong focus on digital platforms.
- Proven experience working with sales enablement platforms, such as Seismic, is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute global content strategies and manage programs at scale.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and geographies.
- Project management expertise, with a track record of taking initiatives from conception to completion.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform content decisions and measure program effectiveness.
- Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a globally distributed team.
