Key Responsibilities:
- Has a good knowledge of the developments in the Dutch Third Party Wealth market
- Serves as the primary relationship manager for allocated accounts in The Netherlands
- Acts as a consultant by understanding clients’ strategies, risk profiles, and operational needs
- Provides insights on market trends, product developments, and performance updates to clients and team members
- Supports business development by identifying opportunities for cross-selling or expanding product usage within existing client relationships
- Ensures adherence to regulatory standards and internal governance policies across all client interactions
- Delivers presentations, and performance reviews, and is responsible for strategic account plans
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of client service processes and relationship management best practices
- Maintains accurate sales pipeline data, tracks client activity and contributes to meeting Netherlands sales targets
- Contributes to client retention and satisfaction by maintaining strong communication and proactive service delivery
- Brings a minimum of 5 years of experience in Dutch Finance, preferably in Asset Management or Wealth
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Holds at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
