Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all parts of the firm to provide financial counseling services to clients. In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and controls to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and its reputation.
As part of this role, you will join a team that performs payment approvals, reconciliation, and reporting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform transaction review on a daily basis
- Reconcile initiated transactions against bank data
- Prepare monthly and quarterly client-facing reports and presentations for various business units
- Perform quality reviews to ensure data accuracy and minimize risk
- Apply business judgment to identify unusual activities and escalate issues as appropriate
- Drive Organizational Change: Review existing team processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation or streamlining. Serve as a subject matter expert to external partners and efficiently communicate project updates to internal stakeholders.
- Control & Compliance: Ensure effective and consistent compliance with control procedures, risk controls, and high-quality assurance standards. Review, update, and create procedures.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 0-2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
