JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the asset management of a diverse real estate portfolio across the UK and Ireland, with accountability for driving performance and delivering value in line with investment objectives. Initial focus areas include London Office, Logistics, Residential, Student Housing, Hospitality, and Senior Living.

The candidate will utilise market insight and sector knowledge to develop and implement strategic asset management plans, optimise returns and manage risk. The position requires an analytical, data driven approach to decision making, and an ability to manage key stakeholder relationships to ensure effective execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute asset‑level business plans aligned with fund return objectives.
  • Partner closely with external operating partners and portfolio companies to ensure the effective execution.
  • Drive value‑creation initiatives focused on revenue growth, operational efficiency and capital enhancement.
  • Prepare clear financial and commercial analysis to support recommendations on leasing, capex, disposals and broader asset management decisions.
  • Manage capital expenditure programmes and asset repositioning in collaboration with Development & Construction and ESG teams.
  • Lead the origination, structuring and execution of complex asset disposal strategies.
  • Coordinate and challenge external advisors to optimise outcomes, control costs and deliver performance.
  • Support acquisition underwriting with market insight and due‑diligence contribution.
  • Identify and mitigate legal, compliance and reputational risk across the portfolio. 
  • Foster effective cross‑functional collaboration with internal teams (Finance, Compliance, Tax and Legal).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong academic background (real estate, economics, accounting or maths).
  • 7 plus years of real estate experience across asset management and transactional roles.
  • Established UK/Ireland market relationships preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  •  Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Broad valuation experience across multiple asset classes.
  • MRICS qualification preferred.
  • Self‑motivated; able to work both independently and collaboratively.
