HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

As a pivotal member of our team, you will:

  • Drive Insight: Architect and maintain sophisticated product analytics, dynamic dashboards, and compelling data visualizations using industry-leading tools like Adobe Analytics and Tableau, transforming raw data into actionable product insights.
  • Uncover Opportunities: Conduct deep-dive data analysis to reveal critical trends, patterns, and consumer behaviors, translating these discoveries into strategic recommendations that fuel product innovation and accelerate business growth.
  • Shape Data Strategy: Translate intricate business requirements into precise analytics specifications, ensuring flawless data capture and integrity across our suite of digital products.
  • Forge Connections: Collaborate seamlessly with Product, Marketing, Technology, and other cross-functional teams to integrate diverse data sources, building a comprehensive 360-degree view of client interactions and journeys.
  • Innovate & Evolve: Proactively manage the data platform product backlog, integrating emerging priorities and leveraging cutting-edge industry trends to champion continuous product innovation.
  • Optimize & Govern: Critically analyze and optimize existing data systems, processes, and frameworks, playing a key role in shaping robust data governance policies and advancing our data maturity.
  • Influence Decisions: Articulate complex data-driven insights and strategic recommendations with clarity and conviction to a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership, directly influencing critical business decisions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional with:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience analyzing diverse data elements, with a strong focus on online and mobile customer experiences.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a robust foundation in data analysis, capable of delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations that drive data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated expertise with web analytics software (e.g., Adobe Analytics) and a solid understanding of tag implementation.
  • Proficiency in designing, managing, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets from various databases using SQL, R, and/or Python.
  • Proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing impactful data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Qlik to illuminate performance results.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex performance metrics and insights clearly and concisely to both senior executives and team members.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a genuine passion for engaging with clients, and a proven ability to cultivate lasting relationships.
  • A self-starter mentality, thriving in an autonomous yet highly collaborative and dynamic environment.

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this Albany, New York, United States-based position is $60,000 - $100,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
