OPERATIONS
Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted function that partners with all parts of the firm to provide banking, securities, and asset management services to clients around the world. In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and controls to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and its reputation. For every new product launched and every trade executed, it is Operations that develops and manages the processes and controls that enable business flow.
OUR IMPACT
Consumer Investment Management Operations delivers asset management and wealth management capabilities to clients around the world. We are a multi-faceted group that partners with all areas of the Investment Management Division to support evolving markets and business requirements. Alongside that vital service delivery role, Investment Management Operations provides essential risk management and control.
The Middle Office Team(MO) is a support function team which works closely with Sales, Technology & CWM teams across globe to provide major services which contributes to client experience and are critical in nature
JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor’s Degree with experience
- Good understanding of the financial industry including active interest in financial services and Operation
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build the trust and confidence in capabilities, work well with others internally to accomplish client objectives
- Support Operations & Technology in System & process improvements
- Highly organized, attention to detail and excellent follow through skills
- Demonstrate ability in optimizing between excellent client excellence, strong risk management and operational efficiency
- Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership and accountability for projects, has strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
- Demonstrates a strong commercial and client focused mindset balanced with a clear risk management approach
- Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 0-2 years financial industry experience
- Knowledge about Payments & payment systems
- Experience of Microsoft Office space
