We are "finance-literate engineers" responsible for the structuring, pricing, and quantitative modeling, of complex asset-backed securities (ABS).
We are seeking high-caliber candidates who possess a deep interest in finance and the technical prowess to use technology as a primary driver of business growth. This role offers a direct line to the firm’s PnL, requiring a blend of mathematical sophistication and commercial intuition.
Key Responsibilities

- Quantitative Modeling: Leverage expertise in quantitative finance and rating agency methodologies to architect and execute bespoke business ideas.
- Global Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams in New York, London, and Hong Kong to provide customized financing and public securitization exit solutions.
- Infrastructure Innovation: Build and optimize the pricing, risk management, and workflow infrastructure that powers the Mortgage global trading business.
- Risk & Analytics: Perform systematic analysis of risk, pricing, and PnL metrics across the full spectrum of mortgage products, including residential/commercial loans, securitized bonds, and exotic derivatives.
Your Profile
- Finance Expertise: Deep understanding of the asset-backed finance space, including RMBS, CMBS, Consumer/Auto loans, HELOCs, and Reverse Mortgages.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex quantitative concepts into actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders (Trading, Sales, Banking).
- Technical Excellence: Strong background in quantitative analysis and programming (Python, C++, or similar). Experience with financial modeling and economic scenario analysis is plus.
- Education & Certifications: Dual background featuring an advanced STEM degree and an MBA or master’s/najor in finance from tier 1 college. Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or CQF are a plus.
