Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all areas of the firm to deliver banking, sales and trading and asset management capabilities to clients around the world. Alongside this vital service delivery role, Operations provides essential risk management and control, preserving and enhancing the firm’s assets and its reputation.
Operations span all product lines and markets, serving as internal business partners who develop the processes and controls, and help to specify the systems that deliver accuracy, timeliness and integrity to our business.
The Franchise New Business Group “FNBG” is the central point of contact for all aspects of client on- boarding/account opening. FNBG team members are aligned with clients or specific sales desks and work closely with sales coverage, legal, credit risk, operations, compliance and clients to ensure an effective and smooth on-boarding process.
Our core value is building strong relationships with our institutional clients, which include asset managers, hedge funds, corporations, financial service providers, fund managers and private equity funds. FNBG is a dynamic, entrepreneurial team with a passion for the markets, with individuals who thrive in fast-paced, changing environments, and are energized by a bustling trading floor.
FNBG team members develop strong relationships with our Clients. Team members are expected to play a key role in client relationship management and understanding dynamic changes in commercial demands of the business as well as grow subject matter expertise in onboarding and regulatory requirements.
FNBG also works closely with the broader client onboarding teams to identify and monitor potential revenue areas that require minimal uplift for the Global Markets Division. They then work with sales and clients to translate the potential revenue into actualized.
