Job Duties: Associate, External Product Specialist with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in Richardson, Texas. Analyze consumer data across Marcus Deposits and Invest businesses. Utilize database query languages, data visualization tools, prescriptive analytics, and web analytics tools to deliver impactful strategies and insights. Create and automate reports essential to understand customer engagement and identify enhancement opportunities and pain points to improve customer experience. Develop automated reporting and measurement to gain customer insights, draw conclusions, and work with business partners to put those insights into action. Monitor and enhance the customer onboarding funnel experience and conversions. Communicate findings with end users, development managers, and other stakeholders. Work with the line team to ensure that data reporting is accurate. Gather and document requirements with full testing traceability. Work with large data sets in a streamlined and secure manner.
Job Requirements: Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) or Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or a related field and one (1) year of experience (with a Master’s degree) or three (3) years of experience (with a Bachelor’s degree) in the job offered or in a related role. Prior employment must include one (1) year of experience (with a Master’s degree) or three (3) years of experience (with a Bachelor’s degree) with: database visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI; data management and analytics tools, such as SQL, Python, or Alteryx; running A/B and multivariate testing to enhance customer experiences; statistical modeling using R and Python; analyzing customer journey and friction points across web touch points utilizing tools such as Adobe Analytics, Content Square, or Amplitude; and identifying and improving prospect friction points on the onboarding funnel to improve customer acquisitions.
