YOUR IMPACT
We work at the intersection of finance and law, providing counsel and advice that support activities across the firm. We handle litigation, regulatory and internal investigations, and advise on pre-litigation disputes, across the firm’s businesses in EMEA. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading and providing strategic, hands-on advice on litigation, regulatory and internal investigations.
- Managing external counsel and coordinating with internal teams.
- Advising business and control groups within the firm on legal and regulatory issues and reputational risk.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Lawyer with 3-6 years PQE at a leading law firm, financial services in-house position, or a relevant government/regulatory agency enforcement position.
- Significant experience in the financial services industry, handling litigation, regulatory and/or internal investigations.
- Excellent interpersonal and client skills; ability to build and maintain strong relationship with relevant business and control groups within the firm; ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and simply, and to present clear choices.
- Highly motivated and proactive, with the ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced high-pressure environment, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Excellent judgment and ability to assess risks.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several simultaneous matters under deadlines.
- Strong work ethic and personal accountability.
