• Primary administrative support to the Global COO of Internal Audit
• Providing administrative support to an additional [3] managing directors in a fast-paced environment
• Providing backup support to other Internal Audit administrative assistants
• Coordinating complex internal and external meetings, either in person or via Zoom
• Handling a high volume of phone calls and interacting with senior leadership in a professional manner
• Maintaining extremely detailed calendars and prioritizing meeting requests and all related logistics
• Coordinating a high volume of domestic and international travel and processing related expenses in Concur
• Preparing and distributing divisional correspondence, reports or other documents as requested
• Maintaining a strong understanding of firm policies to allow handling of certain issues independently
• Responsible for participating in general administrative duties, ad-hoc projects, committees and / or group events
• Working with Conference and Catering Services for meeting and client engagements as needed
• Managing office supplies and maintaining a well-stocked inventory

• Significant experience using Concur or other comparable Travel & Expense system(s)

• Highest degree of professionalism, diplomacy and discretion required
• Prefer 5 or more years of experience
Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $70000-$110000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
