HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
As a member and leader of the Talent team, you will play a critical role in delivering a global diversity and inclusion initiatives working with a broad range of stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Collect, analyse and interpret data related to Talent, including employee demographics, hiring and promotion trends, employee engagement survey results etc
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations using Powerpoint to communicate key findings, insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Deliver world class, innovative, Talent strategies and execute D&I initiatives in partnership with others and on time
- Strengthen our external brand as a firm to attract and retain the best talent
- Drive engagement, accountability and governance in program delivery and communications, working closely with employee inclusion networks
- Leverage data and metrics to inform our approach, priorities and to communicate impact
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s/Masters degree with approximately 2 years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated client focus
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to distil complex data and concepts into clear actionable insights
- Excellent project management skills and planning ahead to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated interest and experience in diversity and inclusion, talent management, and/or other related fields
- Results-oriented with ability to manage multiple complex, time-sensitive projects with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to drive consensus and influence outcomes
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential information and exercise sound judgment and risk management through escalation
