YOUR IMPACT
We are searching for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant with minimum 3-5 years’ experience to support leadership within the Marcus Delivery team.
JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calendar management
- Timesheet data entry and manager alignments
- Role Management System Administrator
- Performance Manager Systems Champion
- Office space system management and co-ordination of seating requirements
- New hire accesses and employee transfers
- Contractor on-boarding
- Expense management and preparation
- Logistics for local sessions (e.g., Compliance / ER refreshers)
- Logistics for visitors (cab booking/building access/ room bookings)
- Coordination with internal and external vendors for staff engagement events
- Supporting teams in day to day issues, needs, and queries.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Prior experience as an assistant
- Solid organizational skills – ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork; ability and willingness to work collaboratively.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and confidently.
- Proactivity – ability to take initiative, follow up where necessary without prompting and seek clarification when needed.
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
- Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
