OUR IMPACT
The Partner Experience team drives the development and implementation of our Partner compensation philosophy, policies, and practices around the world, supporting our best efforts to attract and retain the best talent available. This function requires liaising with other departments such as Controllers, Legal, and Tax and will also involve providing support to other HCM functions, including Executive Compensation, Talent Advisors, Employee Relations, Equity Compensation, Reporting & Analytics and Global Mobility Services.
JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the delivery of white-glove service during key lifecycle moments, including partner promotion, onboarding, and offboarding, and maintaining ongoing connectivity with partner alumni
- Coordinate cross-functional HR efforts to align on transitions strategies to deliver an enhanced onboarding and offboarding experience for senior executives
- Partner with Alumni Relations to unlock insights that facilitate the Firm’s ability tap into our extensive alumni network and support the initiatives set out by the Partnership Committee to deliver best in class offerings
- Analyze historical and present data to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making that improves processes and business outcomes amongst firm leadership and divisional leaders
- Liaise with other HCM functions to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes as part of the execution processes
- Support the annual launch of a dynamic platform that showcases wealth creation opportunities through compensation, benefits, and exclusive firm offerings, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment
- Create clear process documentation to support repeatable, scalable execution across key workstreams and to ensure continuity and alignment across stakeholders
- Respond to ad hoc inquiries related to current and former Partners
QUALIFICATIONS
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or a related field in HR preferred
- Approximately 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
- Comfortable working with and analyzing large sets of data and presenting results that tell a clear and compelling story; preference for individuals with strong PowerPoint skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities and contribute in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment by taking initiative and thinking critically
- Ability to work with Excel on a day-to-day basis, strong preference for individuals to be comfortable with functions including xlookups, complex nested formulas and pivot tables
- Ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered to clients
- Thinks multiple steps ahead; prepares for potential problems and escalates issues when appropriate and juggles competing deadlines effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to develop relationships with professionals across several HCM groups and act as an effective liaison to meet client needs
- Ability to work well both independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced, and global team environment
Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $75000-$100000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
