We are seeking an analyst Software Engineer for the Asset Management Division in our Digital Engineering team in The Hague.
Basic Qualifications
- 1-4 years’ experience working as a software developer.
- Expertise in JavaScript, Typescript, ReactJS
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS-in-JS (or SASS), NodeJS, NPM and TypeScript.
- Experience with using and developing RESTful web services.
- Experience with web testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, Cypress, etc.).
- Experience working in a git-based CI/CD SDLC environment.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance.
- Comfortable multi-tasking, managing multiple stakeholders and working as part of a global team.
- Comfortable with Agile Operating Models
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience collaborating with UX professionals and visual designers. The ideal candidate will be flexible enough to execute new experiences based on ad hoc requests, wireframes, completed visual design comps, or HTML/CSS/JS handoffs.
- Experience coding accessible websites and/or with semantic HTML5.
- Experience with contemporary Web animation and visualization libraries and frameworks (e.g., D3, HighCharts etc.)
- Experience in Java, J2EE, Spring technologies
- Design or UX experience is not required but is a plus.
- Experience working with content management systems and/or developing for CMS-managed sites.
- Experience designing and developing solutions using Amazon Web Services is a plus.
