Role Summary: 

The Pine Street team seeks an exceptionally proactive, detail-oriented and organized individual with strong analytical capability to help drive succession planning and senior talent management processes.

As a key part of the team, the Pine Street Associate will need to collaborate across the team and broader stakeholder sets to execute initiatives to a high standard. 

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Play a key role in project planning and execution of complex deliverables related to succession planning and management of senior talent 
  • Analyze processes to identify automation, risk mitigation, and process improvement opportunities
  • Run reporting and analytics for succession and senior talent related management reporting
  • Produce best-in-class materials for Committee meetings attended by firm senior leaders
  • Communicate and collaborate closely with global stakeholders across the firm
  • Contribute ideas and insights across the Pine Street function and initiatives   

Additional competencies, knowledge and experiences required for this role include: 

  • Strong judgment and thoughtful risk management 
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to perform and present detailed analyses 
  • Excellent communication and project management skills 
  • Excellent organization ability with superior attention to detail 
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse and global team 
  • Creative strength to transform ideas into tangible actions/products 
  • Highly motivated and flexible, demonstrates a growth mindset 
  • Bachelor’s Degree required

Development Opportunities: 

  • Develop as an advisory/coaching apprentice by playing a role (shadowing, collecting and summarizing 360 feedback) in executive assessments and other coaching engagements supported by senior members of the team 
  • Working in a global team environment, and managing across regions and a variety of programs
  • Partnering with key business stakeholders

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $100000-$160000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
