AYCO Financial Counseling (AYCO)
Goldman Sachs Ayco Financial Counseling (Ayco) partners with Fortune 1000 companies to design and implement tailored financial planning programs for their workforce—leveraging the 50-year heritage of Ayco and the comprehensive resources of Goldman Sachs to meet the evolving needs of their employees. RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
Your Impact
We are seeking a highly organized Project Manager to serve as the link between our Wealth Marketing Content & Design team and our Integrated Marketing team to bring content for our Ayco corporate partners to market. The Wealth Marketing Content & Design team curates, develops and deploys Goldman Sachs intelligence to existing and prospective Ayco corporate clients. The Integrated Marketing team produces content and collateral for our ~500 Ayco corporate partners. This individual will be responsible for managing workflows and ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong collaboration and communication skills.
Job Summary and Responsibilities:
- Project and Workflow Management
- Oversee and track all projects across the integrated marketing and content teams, ensuring alignment on timelines and priorities
- Establish and maintain project management tools (Jira/Sharepoint) to drive efficiency and accountability
- Proactively identify bottlenecks, roadblocks and offer solutions to keep projects on track
- Reporting and Documentation
- Lead development of Monthly Operations deck and QBR presentations
- Prepare succinct weekly recap of completed projects and look ahead at the week ahead
- Stakeholder Coordination and Approvals
- Assist with leadership, subject matter experts and compliance approvals
- Partner with cross functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration
Basic Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in project management, sales enablement or integrated marketing
- Knowledge and experience with the financial industry is preferred
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Experience in compliance-driven environment is a plus, but not required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a Business/Finance-related field

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this Albany, New York, United States-based position is $55000-$75000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
