HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
- Support and work with the Japan Business Management manager (VP) to implement and maintain a productive workplace environment
- Monitor and collect employees’ attendance / overtime records and submit to the relevant groups within the Firm
- Liaise with Engineering to ensure the divisional technical infrastructure is appropriately operated / managed
- Finalize new employees’ onboarding processes by setting up various systems, applications, access privileges and divisional orientations
- Work on maximizing the businesses space usage, allocating personal offices and desks, managing common space including meeting rooms, and operating on the internal space database
- Coordinate business-wide events’ logistics, including venue search, budget control, managing external hospitality vendors
- Liaise with Compliance and conduct periodical review of the JSDA registration list for the business
- Analyze BCP plans for each Investment Banking Group and update the database
- Manage document archives including project deal file systems
- Administer the business Corporate Membership and Contribution practice
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Organized, accurate and detail oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, both written and verbal in Japanese and English
- Highly motivated and adaptable team player with a positive, “can do” attitude who enjoys working collaboratively
- Quick learner and self-starter.
- Possesses sound judgment and acts with integrity
- Ability to work well under pressure and to multi-task effectively
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ work experience
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
