Job Duties: Associate, Product Management with The Ayco Company, L.P., A Goldman Sachs Company in New York, New York. Partner closely with Goldman Sachs Advisors to help understand the needs of their customers and support the team with feature and product discovery while also driving detailed execution across multiple workstreams. Collaborate with our design, engineering, marketing, and other teams to craft and launch features that solve customer problems related to personal finance and support crafting and adjusting designs to simplify complex advice, actions, and products. Inform product decisions through analysis, user research, and experimentation and help analyze data and feedback to identify both problem areas and opportunities. Collaborate with other product managers and designers to ensure cohesiveness of the overall customer experience and articulate product features and requirements to different audiences (from development teams to program leadership). Design new features to be built, write user stories with detailed acceptance criteria and groom stories with developers and designers. 

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems or related field. Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include two (2) years of experience with the following: leading product discovery and execution in an agile software development environment; working in the financial services industry; experience with financial markets and personal financial planning concepts; conducting user research for a digital product and synthesizing differing feedback; utilizing Analytics software (including Adobe or related) for data analysis; and utilizing agile development software (including JIRA or related) to document user stories and requirements for technology development.

Salary Range: Annual base salary for this New York, New York -based position is $130,000 - $135,000.
