Job Duties: Associate, Regulatory Reporting - Trade Level with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in Dallas, Texas. Prepare and process reports, which contain critical trading and account holder information that is submitted to regulatory agencies. Validate regulatory requirements including Qualified Financial Contracts and other non-financial regulatory reporting regulations. Analyze transactions, identify exceptions, and liaise with multiple teams to guarantee timely resolution of these exceptions. Build data pipelines and create solutions for regulatory reporting focused on eliminating manual touchpoints and reducing risk. Responsible for data quality assurance by analyzing large data sets, detecting, and correcting errors, and reporting results. Identify control gaps in regulatory reporting, monitor process procedures, and work in conjunction with technology teams to implement process improvements.
Job Requirements: Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a related role OR Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include one (1) year of experience (with a Master’s degree) OR three (3) years of experience (with a Bachelor’s degree) with: risk frameworks including building controls and processes around non-financial regulatory reporting; project management tools including JIRA; structured query language (SQL); data visualizations tools including Tableau; data analytics tools including performing low code solutions development in Alteryx; advanced Microsoft Excel including working with macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and IF/AND formulas; financial regulations including Qualified Financial Contract (QFC) Recordkeeping and Canadian Provincial Filing rule NI 45-106F; and Electronic Blue Sheet (EBS) reports.
