Sophisticated solutions to streamline the intricate financial lives of ultra-high net worth families, through comprehensive coordination, advanced risk management, investment services and legacy preservation strategies. The Bill Pay Account Associate position provides accounting services for Family Office clients, responsibilities include Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, General Ledger Maintenance as well as account reconciliation and reporting. Additional responsibilities such as ad-hoc reporting and special projects are assumed with increase in client complexity. Daily interaction with high net worth clients and Financial Advisors is required.

Our accounting professionals provide proactive record keeping and bill payment services to high net worth individuals. We are seeking professionals with an understanding of bookkeeping, who have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, strong communication skills, and client service are essential to maintaining and enhancing our business.
Principal Responsibilities:
- General ledger account maintenance of clients’ activities
- Processing of client accounts payable
- Processing of client accounts receivable
- Client report preparation, including tasks associated with the completion of bank account reconciliations
- Serve as key liason, helping facilitate communication between client, vendors and counseling teams
- Completion of special projects at direction of Management
- Data entry tasks associated with client record keeping and reporting processes
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Basic Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree required
- Experience in a bookkeeping/accounting position preferred
- Knowledge of General Ledger accounting, AP, AR, Payroll and Bank Reconciliation procedures
- Small business experience with 1099 and sales/use tax experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities and deadlines
Salary Range
The expected base salary for this Albany, New York, United States-based position is $55000-$75000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
