As the Wealth Marketing Head of Content Strategy, Brand Assets, and Advertising, you will immerse yourself in our HNW / UHNW audience to develop a holistic view on messaging and thought leadership for the Wealth business. Partnering closely with business stakeholders and marketing leadership, you will be responsible for developing a commercial content marketing strategy and working with our creative team to develop meaningful short-form and long-form pieces and brand assets. Furthermore, you will partner with our client acquisition team to ensure all messaging and creative assets for our integrated marketing campaigns align to our broader brand strategy and messaging framework.

The Marketing Teams for Wealth Management develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy that delivers the full value of the GS network and expertise to clients, generate new business by expanding our reach and frequency of interactions with clients and prospective clients, and build brand equity of Goldman Sachs to a high net worth (HNW) and ultra-high net worth (UHNW) audience. We’re a client-focused team, partnering with the business to deliver campaigns that drive deepening of relationship.
Ideal candidates will have experience with agency management, deriving thoughtful messaging frameworks and content strategies, developing multi-channel advertising campaigns, and have an innate attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects / workstreams simultaneously. This candidate should be a fast-learner and be eager and willing to work with stakeholders across the business at all seniority levels and globally.
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
- Partner with business leadership, editorial board, and marketing stakeholders to develop a holistic content marketing strategy to show off the best of Goldman Sachs Wealth Management to clients and prospective clients
- Partner with creative teams, agencies, and integrated marketing team members for channel planning, execution, delivery, and measurement.
- Partner with integrated marketing leads and media team to develop and maintain all creative assets for multi-channel advertising campaigns
- Collaborate with integrated marketing team on creative briefs for agencies
- Ensure messaging and tone of all creative assets ladder up to our broader content strategy and brand tone/voice
- Analyze historical learnings, campaign performance, and business needs to evaluate effectiveness of existing strategies
- Partner with analytics team to optimize creative assets through a robust test and learn strategy
- Other Responsibilities
- Support the team on ad hoc requests and special projects to advance the objectives of the Wealth Marketing team, including marketing intelligence and competitive analysis
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- 8+ years of experience; marketing, advertising or content strategy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral
- Highly collaborative, team-oriented, and strong consensus builder with confidence in interaction with cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and across complex organizations; able to manage and execute effectively on multiple, time-sensitive projects with a keen sense of urgency
- Highly organized and detail-oriented problem-solver who is able to employ leadership, critical thinking and time management skills
- Experience in Financial Services industry preferred but not required

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $160000-$270000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
