Job Duties: Associate, Brand and Content Strategy with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Chicago, Illinois. Responsible for the creation, modernization and technical development of marketing automation strategies, development of capability roadmaps and execution of those capabilities. Liaise with Technology, Engineering and Internal Digital teams to determine requirements and be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to execute projects and work on any enhancements or uplift to marketing technology platforms; maintain technical data mapping procedures and integrations across multiple tools, platforms, and technologies. As a product owner of Marketo, manage ongoing multi-channel performance marketing campaigns and enhance marketing automation technologies. Partner with internal stakeholders to support lead generation and performance marketing initiatives; work with project stakeholder for requirement gathering and analysis. Partner with Marketing, Sales and Sales Strategy and Enablement Teams to provide strategic direction and create project plans to execute and manage performance marketing campaigns; analyze data and performance to present data insights to internal and external stakeholders and optimize marketing campaigns. Execute the day-to-day deployment of digital marketing initiatives, including; web, email, events and media.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Communications, Communication Studies, Marketing, Digital Strategy, Information Technology, Analytics, or related field. Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Must have three (3) years of prior experience with the following: managing Performance Marketing and Lead Generation campaigns utilizing Marketing Automation tools and CRM platforms including Marketo and Salesforce; handling external client communications which are managed from email marketing tools including Adobe Campaign; and reporting on integrated digital marketing campaigns utilizing web and email analytics using Adobe Analytics. Must have two (2) years of prior experience with: creating performance marketing dashboards utilizing business intelligence and analytics software such as Tableau and Qlik Sense.
