JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES

As an HR operations specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and managing the employee life cycle and business needs in delivering outstanding HCM services to our employees, candidates, alumni, and vendors globally.

Your role will need you to partner with the global functional HCM teams, compliance, product and engineering teams to provide seamless support and experience in new hire onboarding, employee offboarding/ exit management, statutory and legal compliance, partner with HRBP to support all talent management processes of employee transfers, reorgs, year-end support for performance management and compensation activities. In this position you must demonstrate an understanding of HCM/ employee life cycle activities, ability to adapt to change in technology, operating model, work in a professional service environment that is driven by excellence and experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage HCM operations processes globally, in alignment with the global/ regional compliances and business directions, managing employee data administration, including HRIS and other HCM systems to ensure accuracy and timely maintenance.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of HCM data and validation mechanisms in each system; work with technology partners and HRO vendors to investigate issues & queries, assess impacts and formulate and propose solutions as required.
  • Execute Talent Management processes and ensure appropriate service delivery support with accurate and timely processing of information with all Talent Management stakeholders globally, maintain the SLAs.
  • Recommend continuous improvements and be proactive in simplifying the existing Talent management processes and procedures. 
  • Core Projects Support by leading and participating in strategic firm wide technology, regulatory and compensation related initiatives.
  • Emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key HR decisions, with specific focus on data management, maintenance, reporting and providing insights.
  • Own and update changes, champion strong documentation practices.
  • Work with Global team members to provide advice / guidance to clients and stakeholders external to HCM (i.e. Payroll, Compliance).
  • Key contact for managing issues and escalations related to HCM Operational procedures across the region including postings on Root Cause Analysis, initiation of Risk Tickets etc.
  • Transactional Management for all employee lifecycle processes in HRIS.
  • Operations & Infrastructure Support for organizational structure management, talent management systems and reporting.
  • Manage/ support Global Time and Attendance Operations including Vacation and Required Absence policies, processes and system enhancements to meet regulatory demands

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in a fast paced, full life cycle HR business related role, HR generalist and operations environment Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines and proven track record in continually improving HR service delivery outcomes, including risk management.
  • Collaborative team player who demonstrates flexibility and can-do attitude as a part of a motivated, high performance HR systems and in a dynamic global environment. Good relationship management.
  • Experience  working with global teams, vendor management, HR risk management 
  • Ability to understand and adhere to the standard operations and controls, determine compliance with policy, apply/ recommend corrective actions with guidance from supervisors
  • Proven track record in complex transformation programs.
  • Detail-oriented problem-solver who is able to employ leadership, critical thinking, and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
  • Highly collaborative, team-oriented, and strong consensus builder with confidence in interactions with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure; able to manage and execute effectively on multiple, time- sensitive projects, with keen sense of urgency.
  • Openness to feedback and strong self-awareness
  • Preferred MBA / Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience.
